Big Time Rush

Big Time Rush is an American boy band that specializes in the field of pop. The group was formed in 2009. The group is composed of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos PenaVega. They initially signed with Nick Records in 2009. Then, Columbia Records transferred them to their new label. The group appeared on the television series on Nickelodeon with the same name, Big Time Rush. The show ran from November 28th, 2009 until July 25, 2013. The pilot episode featured the group's first promotional single, "Big Time Rush". Three studio albums were released by the group: BTR in 2010 and Elevate (2011) as well as 24/Seven (2013). In 2014, the group was on break for an indefinite time that ran until 2021. They then returned to live performances and then released "Call it Like I See The Album". Nickelodeon signed Big Time Rush to a record deal in 2009 simultaneously with the tv show, Big Time Rush. Then, Nickelodeon partnered with Columbia/Epic Label Group to create the show and to include original music that was used in the show. The first single of the series, "Big Time Rush" came out on November 29 in 2009. Officially released on Nickelodeon and first aired in the U.S. November 2009 and it was then broadcast globally. It premiered during a special preview of the show. It's currently the show's main theme. There were promotional singles released by the show, which included "City is Ours" (with Big Time Rush) and "Any Kind of Guy". Big Time Rush also performed the Play song titled "Famous". The track was released to iTunes on June 29th in 2010. After its series premiere another track, "Halfway There", was made available on iTunes on April 27 the 27th of April, 2010. The band quickly made it their first charting single on the Billboard Hot 100. It hit 93 on the list thanks to the digital sales. The second single by Big Time Rush, "Till You Forget About You" was released on the 21st of September the 21st of September, 2010. This was to promote the release of their debut album. The album, which is titled BTR It was launched on the 11th of October in 2010. The album peaked at number 3 on Billboard 200 and sold 67,000 copies within its first week.
